NDS water valve boxes are available in a wide variety of sizes, colors and designations. All meter and valve boxes and lids contain UV inhibitors for sustained durability and performance in direct sunlight.
The bottom of the body has a 0.5 inch flange
The body has a double wall at the top cover seat area with a minimum thickness of 0.250 inch
Overlapping covers prevent dirt and grass from settling between body and cover
UV inhibitors prevent discoloration and deterioration, such as cracking or blistering
The cover seat area has 16 structural support ribs on the underside of the seat, each with a minimum thickness of 0.25 inch
The 14 x 19 inch cover has an average thickness of 0.250 inch
The bayonet twist on cover ensures easy removal on 7 and 10 inch round covers
The valve box has a 3/8 inch 304 brass nut for the bolt down capability
